The Human Advantage Podcast
Where culture is created, not claimed.
People are at the center of all of everything in life, and somehow, they still get reduced into checkboxes systems. Neat, predictable, and easy to explain.
If you have ever been part of a team, you know that is not how it works.
People are complicated. Communication gets messy. Things click, and then they don’t. What looks great on paper doesn’t always hold up in real life, and sometimes the unexpected is exactly what makes something work.
At LinkTech, we spend a lot of time thinking about what actually shapes teams and what it takes to intentionally create cultures instead of just talking about them. The conversations we kept having behind the scenes were too real, too honest, and often too good to keep to ourselves.
So we stopped keeping them to ourselves.
The Human Advantage Podcast is where those conversations live. It is a space for honest dialogue with people who are in it, building teams, leading organizations, and figuring things out as they go. No scripts, no overproduction, no pretending anyone has it all figured out.
Just real conversations. Unpolished, on purpose. Sometimes surprising. Always grounded in experience.
Why This Podcast Exists…
Real Conversations, Real People
We go deep, but we also laugh, challenge each other, and keep it real. The best conversations aren’t scripted, and they’re not perfect.
Diversity Beyond Checkboxes
Moving beyond labels and surface-level categories to understand how people actually think, solve problems, and show up. Including cognitive diversity, neurodiversity, and the impact of lived experience on how people contribute.
The Systems Behind Creating Culture
How culture is actually created through systems, decisions, and everyday interactions. What happens in real life, not what is written in a handbook.
Rethinking Culture Fit
Moving beyond fit and into how people shape, challenge, and evolve culture over time. What it really takes to build environments where difference makes things better, not harder.
What Actually Drives Results
What actually separates teams that perform from the ones that do not. The decisions, dynamics, and environments that drive performance, retention, and long-term success.
